VELVET is an independent adult services directory operating in New Zealand and Australia. The platform connects independent workers with potential clients. VELVET does not employ, manage, or control any worker listed on the platform. All workers are independent operators responsible for their own business decisions.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By accessing VELVET, you confirm you are 18 or older and legally permitted to view adult content in your jurisdiction. Workers listing on VELVET must hold valid legal status to provide adult services in their country of operation, in accordance with the Prostitution Reform Act 2003 (New Zealand) or equivalent legislation in Australia.

Workers create and manage their own profiles. VELVET does not verify the accuracy of profile information beyond photo verification where offered. Workers retain full ownership and control of their profiles at all times. Workers may list on other platforms simultaneously. VELVET does not impose exclusivity clauses and never will. Workers may remove their profile at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.

Workers are responsible for all content they upload, including photos, descriptions, and service information. Content must not depict or reference anyone under 18. Content must not include illegal services or activities. VELVET reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice.

Photos uploaded by workers are protected by copyright and remain the property of the worker. VELVET applies watermarking and technical protections to discourage unauthorised use. Downloading, copying, screenshotting, or redistributing worker photos without consent is prohibited.

VELVET will never require workers to list exclusively on this platform. Workers are free to advertise on any other platform, website, or service at any time. This is a permanent policy commitment.

VELVET is currently free for all workers. When fees are introduced, workers will be given advance notice. VELVET does not take commissions or percentages from bookings. All financial arrangements between workers and clients are private and outside the scope of VELVET.

VELVET is a directory platform only. We do not arrange, facilitate, or participate in any meetings or transactions between workers and clients. VELVET is not responsible for any interactions, agreements, disputes, or outcomes between users of the platform. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

VELVET may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email where possible.
